July brings us our biggest Summer holiday, HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!! Remember it's still fire season and fireworks bring extra concerns. Remain vigilant with your mitigation practices. This includes creating defensible space around homes, making homes fire-resistant, and using Fire Wise practices.

Summer also brings road trips and vacations. Be cautious driving on roads you are unfamiliar with, be patient and pay close attention.

Watch for new drivers and student drivers on the road as we see an increase during these summer months. Grant them patience and respect out there on the roads. Remember we were all new drivers once.
